1. Delivery Availability

Service Area: Delivery is available within a 15-20 mile radius of the 77034 area code.
Delivery Fee: Delivery starts at $12. Additional fees may apply depending on distance or late order submission.
Delivery Hours: All deliveries are made on Sundays between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
Order Deadline: Orders must be placed and paid for by Friday at 6:00 PM to qualify for Sunday delivery.

2. Delivery Instructions

Customers must provide a valid delivery address and contact number at the time of ordering.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order during the scheduled delivery window.
If there is a gate code or specific instructions needed for delivery access, this must be communicated in advance.

3. Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive the delivery and no prior arrangements have been made, the order will be returned and will not be refunded.
A redelivery may be considered on a case-by-case basis and may include an additional fee.

4. Pickup Option

Location: Orders may be picked up on Sundays between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM in the 77034 area.
Upon arrival, please message us on Instagram or text (346)-763-7059 with your vehicle details so we can bring your order out promptly.

5. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver within the scheduled timeframe, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or high order volume may cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
