By placing an order with Wvlf Meals , you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before ordering.

Wvlf Meals – Terms & Conditions

1. Orders & Payments

All orders must be placed by 6:00 PM every Friday to be fulfilled for the following week.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via our website or approved payment methods.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice but will be clearly stated before checkout.

 

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be canceled or modified up to 12 hours before the order deadline.
No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made after the deadline.
If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

 

3. SMS & Communication Consent

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Wvlf Co LLC (Wvlf Meals).
These messages may include order updates, delivery notifications, and promotional offers.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.
Reply HELP for assistance or STOP to opt out at any time.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Delivery & Pickup

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery or pickup details.
We are not liable for missed deliveries due to incorrect information or absence at the time of delivery.
If you are picking up your meals, please text or message us with your vehicle details upon arrival. One of our assistants will bring your order out to you.

 

5. Food Allergies & Dietary Preferences

While we take great care in preparing your meals, Wvlf Meals cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, etc.
It is the customer’s responsibility to disclose any allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering.

 

6. Health Disclaimer

Our meals are designed to support a healthy lifestyle but are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Always consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new dietary program.

 

7. Meal Storage & Consumption

Meals should be refrigerated upon receipt and consumed within the recommended timeframe provided on packaging.
Wvlf Meals is not responsible for improper storage or handling after delivery or pickup.

 

8. Reheating Instructions

Customers are responsible for following the reheating instructions provided with each meal.
Wvlf Meals is not liable for any issues resulting from improper reheating.

 

9. Force Majeure

Wvlf Meals shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, supply shortages, transportation issues, or acts of God.

 

10. Right to Refuse Service

Wvlf Meals reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

 

11. Copyright & Content

All content on this website, including logos, images, and meal photos, are the property of Wvlf Meals and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

 

12. Privacy Policy

Any personal information collected is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your orders and will never be sold or shared with third parties.
