Refund Policy

Cancellations & No-Shows:
We do not offer refunds for cancelled orders or failure to pick up. Once payment is received and the order is confirmed, ingredients are purchased and preparation begins.

 

Order Deadline:
The final deadline for placing and paying for orders is Friday at 2:00 PM. Orders submitted after this time may not be accepted or may incur a late fee.

 

Custom Orders:
All custom meals—including macro-based or keto modifications—are non-refundable due to their personalized nature.

 

Missed Pickups:
Pick-up hours are Sunday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. If you are unable to make your pickup during this time, please contact us before Sunday to arrange alternate options if possible. We cannot guarantee accommodation for missed pickups.
